Detroit Wheel and Tire, a leading distributor of new, used, and refurbished OEM wheels, is looking for a National Sales Manager to develop and grow relationships with national collision shop groups, dealership groups, and rental car agencies across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with national collision repair networks, auto dealership groups, large repair facilities, and car rental companies
  • Create and execute a strategic national sales plan to drive growth in large multi-site accounts
  • Lead high-level sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational alignment and customer satisfaction
  • Track key metrics and provide regular reporting to executive leadership


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management in the automotive aftermarket, collision repair, or rental fleet industry
  • Proven success in managing and growing large, national or enterprise-level accounts
  • Strong understanding of OEM wheel distribution or automotive parts supply chain preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and general computer/internet use
  • Professional demeanor and confidence to engage with decision-makers at all organizational levels
  • Self-starter with the ability to work remotely and travel as needed
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
