DetailXPerts is growing dramatically! We are in search of Auto Auction Lot Wash Car Washers and General Cleaners/Custodians who take pride in doing an exceptional job, have an extraordinary eye for detail, and are motivated by considerable growth within the company! Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Lot wash - Quick clean to remove dirt and water spots in preparation for auto auction on a weekly basis
• Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships.
• Mobile app must be used for clocking hours and reporting completed jobs
• Use of floor scrubber and pressure washer
• Use of prepared solutions to provide general cleaning services including trash removal, cleaning of windows and glass partitions, dusting of furniture, walls, machines, and equipment, and polishing of furniture and fixtures.
• Clean, service, and supply restrooms.
• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking for hazards.
• Identify and notify Site Supervisor of any necessary major repairs or additions to building operating systems, supplies and/or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Ensure cleanliness of floors using a variety of methods including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, steam-cleaning, or shampooing. May also provide non-routine maintenance of flooring including stripping, sealing, finishing, and polishing of floors.
• Ability to work flexible schedules to cover absences and provide project services to meet contract requirements.
• Adhere to and follow all safety and policy requirements of DetailXPerts and abide by Contract rules and regulations.
• Perform administrative functions: payroll, document submittals, inspections, and other administrative task functions, as needed.
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of this position.
• Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships, build trust, and grow our client base by providing exceptional customer service with each service.
• Preparation of cleaning solutions according to specifications.

Job Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation, must be DEPENDABLE, honest, hardworking, and punctual.

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment caring for customers and having pride for a job well done.

Team orientation is necessary in this environment.

High School Diploma or GED

Three years of experience in janitorial cleaning in a community work setting

Computer skills: Word and Excel

Must pass background check

Has reasonable driving record and reliable transportation

Mobile app use for clocking hours and reporting completed jobs

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Little or no previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience needed
• Reliable transportation to work site
• Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds and perform all duties of the job

Lot Wash - 3:00/4:00PM - 11PMTuesday only - varies based on inventory

Mesa Garage Cleaning- 6:30am-2:30p.m Mondays Only; Willingness to be cross-trained will open additional opportunities for more hours.

Salary: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
