  • Morning Madness: You'll start by greeting our customers with a friendly hello, ensuring they feel welcome and ready to trust us with their beloved vehicles.
  • Midday Munchies: Some days, we bring in lunch and enjoy a meal together, sharing stories and laughs. Other days, we're so busy making our customers happy that lunch is more of a quick bite between appointments.
  • Afternoon Adventures: You'll be coordinating service appointments, answering phone calls, and solving customer concerns—all while keeping an eye out for upsell opportunities.
  • Daily Debrief: By the end of the day, you'll have built stronger relationships with our customers, possibly convinced a few to upgrade their services, and kept our front desk running smoothly.

We're looking for someone who is serious about delivering top-notch customer service but doesn't take themselves too seriously. If you can handle a fast-paced environment with a smile and a good sense of humor, you'll fit right in with our team.

Customer Success Manager / Front Desk

Detail Auto & Window Tinting is a premier provider of automotive care services, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. This role involves managing the front desk operations and maximizing upsell opportunities for our comprehensive range of car care services.


As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service while actively identifying and promoting upsell opportunities for our car care services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, excellent communication skills, and a flair for promoting and upselling services.


Front Desk Operations:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Manage appointment scheduling and ensure efficient coordination of service appointments.

• Intake and Delivery of Vehicles

• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our car care services.

• Handle customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution.

Upsells and Promotion:

• Proactively identify upsell opportunities for additional car care services.

• Educate customers on the benefits and features of our premium services.

• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to recommend relevant upsefls.

• Track and report upsell success rates.

Customer Experience:

• Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all customers.

• Collect and maintain customer feedback to enhance service quality.

• Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.


$15 - $20 per hour
