Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design projects from initial concept through to installation, ensuring every detail is polished and personalized.
- Develop mood boards, color schemes, and design concepts that wow clients and exceed expectations.
- Oversee the selection of furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories that embody the vision for each project.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, tastes, and functional requirements.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance and feedback to help them grow professionally.
- Stay ahead of design trends and continually push the envelope on creative and innovative solutions.
What You’ll Bring:
- A minimum of 6+ years of experience in interior design
- Strong knowledge of design software - CAD, 3D renders, FF&E,
- A keen eye for detail, color, and spatial design with a portfolio that speaks for itself.
- Experience leading design teams and collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals.
- A passion for staying ahead of design trends and creating unique, functional spaces.
- A client-centric approach with exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Salary
$75,000 - $105,000 per year
