The Role

As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance tenant satisfaction and drive property performance.

What You'll Do

- Oversee daily operations of assigned properties to ensure high standards of management and tenant satisfaction.

- Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.

- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain quality and compliance with regulations.

- Lead and mentor property management staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Analyze market trends and property performance to make informed decisions.
