As a Marketing Manager at DermaSensor, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to revolutionize skin cancer detection in the primary care setting. You will be responsible for developing and implementing downstream marketing and communications strategies in support of DermaSensor product portfolio targeting HCP’s in the Americas. This is a highly visible and collaborative position, working with internal and external partners to achieve acquisition goals and best in class customer experience. This individual must demonstrate a high level of both strategic and tactical thinking, as well as strong communication and analytic skills. Understands business requirements; industry trends; competitive landscape and technology trends.

Description

Digital Marketing

  • Assist in the development and execution of digital B2B/B2C marketing strategies across all digital channels (Includes: website, digital, media, video, webinars, SEO/M, email, and social media (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and X)
  • Manage third party partnership digital programs (email blast, digital newsletters, website, etc.)
  • Assist in managing the day to day operational and tactical aspects of the website and digital marketing programs
  • Aid in evaluating effectiveness of digital programs through metrics and analysis. Develop key insights to inform strategies
  • Continually identify digital marketing trends targeting HCP’s
  • Media relations: social marketing efforts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.) other emerging digital opportunities
  • Strategize and direct relationships with external vendors to ensure the success of all search engine marketing efforts including Search Engine Optimization and Pay-Per-Click campaigns.
  • Establish and maintain an editorial calendar for website, social media platforms and webinars
  • Coordinate with the commercial operations department to ensure technical execution of programs
  • Analyze web metric trends to improve and/or add functionality drive sales and increase conversions. Benchmark criteria for online metrics and creating and managing KPIs
  • Develop and maintain consistent, standardized reporting procedures and create ad-hoc reports as needed
  • Monitor and assess client feedback around capabilities and functionality to ensure ongoing improvement in user experience


Marketing Communications

  • Implement and manage external communication strategies designed to protect and enhance the organization’s corporate brand, reputation, and advance strategic business objectives
  • Quarterly internal and external newsletter: art direction, design and layout, content manager, copy writing tracking
  • Website: manage website functionality image quality information and copy leverage the web site as a key marketing tool
  • Delivery of webinars or other customer-oriented events such as advisory boards which drives sales and customer loyalty and retention
  • Content creation and management
  • Manage the development and implementation (digital and print) of collateral materials for B2B/B2C
  • Manage the design, development, and implementation of sponsorship ads
  • Track and measure campaign results



Tradeshow Marketing

  • Research and develop annual tradeshow calendar. Determine with sales and medical affairs which tradeshows to attend and work with the entire team to ensure tradeshows are an effective marketing and selling opportunity.
  • Negotiate and optimize brand/product visibility with event vendors and association partners
  • Conduct pre, during and post marketing initiatives such as email blasts, speaker slots, appointment scheduling, social media posts, upload leads in HubSpot and implement a series of follow up drip email campaigns
  • Responsible for attending and setting up booth, market collateral and giveaways
  • Conduct post ROI analysis


Minimum Experience / Training Required

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years’ work experience and B2B digital marketing
  • HCP marketing experience highly preferred. Medical device experience desired
  • Experience working at a startup company preferred. Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience working in a highly regulated, service-oriented industry
  • Proficient in HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with website development and management, user experience, responsive design, back-end management (CMS), digital campaign tagging; marketing automation, A/B testing, CRM reporting, and social media
  • Proficient of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Proficient in developing, implementing and facilitating Zoom webinar/event platform
  • Experience with website development and management, user experience, responsive design, back-end management (CMS), SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and digital campaign tagging; marketing automation, A/B testing, CRM reporting, and social media
