We are seeking a Marketing Director to join our team. This position reports to the company’s Chief Commercial Officer and will work collaboratively with all stakeholders in the organization. In this hands-on role, the Marketing Director will create, deliver, and direct projects for different areas of the company related to marketing strategies and subsequent marketing plan with detailed programs, timelines & metrics based on new brand position/value proposition. Description

The Marketing Director shall be responsible for:

  • Work with CCO and other company stakeholders to develop and then maintain/update the company’s  marketing strategy and subsequent marketing plan with detailed programs, timelines & metrics based on new brand position/value proposition
  • Act as the project manager with overall responsibility for the collateral creation and implementation based on the Company’s design, advertising, and creative asset production needs
  • Act as a key contributor to the Company’s master marketing, commercial, and educational visual communication plans to build awareness, create demand generation for DermaSensor via external agency partners
  • Conceptualize and create company collateral and resources including print and digital design, illustration and/or editing
  • Partner with creative agencies to produce professional and consumer marketing assets to promote education and awareness including clinical marketing materials and physician education program
  • Lead copywriting initiatives for promotional and marketing collateral and websites
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to track effectiveness of commercial collateral, marketing experiments, and implementing improvements
  • Coordinate with the Quality and Regulatory department to manage the review, approval, and release of collateral and ensure brand guideline adherence and compliance for all materials and activities to Approved Claims List (ACL) guidelines 
  • Manage the company branding and consistency between each company segments
  • Manage the implementation and tracking of the customer journeys and customer communication 
  • Develop, manage and maintain SEM, SEO and digital ad network strategies
  • Liaison with digital marketing agency to analyze ad programs and ensure effective spend and ROI in target markets
  • Manage website content and all social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and generate daily/weekly engagement and growth per channel, measured monthly
  • Plan and provide marketing support for all conferences, tradeshows, events and meetings
  • Conduct Voice of Customer (VOC) market research to determine in-office/practice support required to establish DermaSensor as category leader 
  • Manage sales, marketing, reimbursement enablement and work closely with fulfillment vendors to ensure accurate product supply inventories and processes
  • Manage professional education delivery and tracking including internal sales and physician training
  • Primary point of contact as DermaSensor’s Patient Liaison   


MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE  

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration preferred

• 5 years professional work experience in marketing or sales; product marketing a plus

• 4+ years of experience in project management

• 4+ years of experience working within WordPress

• 4+ years of experience with Google Analytics

• 4+ years of experience with HubSpot or similar customer journey planning tools

• 1 - 3 years digital, online and social media marketing experience
