Position: Part-Time Dental Hygienist

Location: Garland/Richardson, TX

What We Offer:

• Compensation: $47–$50/hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Part-time, with potential for full-time in the future

Practice Hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Morning Huddle on Mondays at 7:45 AM
• Hygienist Team Meeting on Wednesday at 7:45 AM
• Select Fridays: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM

Your Role: As a critical member of our team, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring excellent oral health care and patient satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing thorough dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
• Taking high-quality dental x-rays
• Educating patients about oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
• Collaborating with the dentist on patient treatment plans
• Documenting and maintaining accurate patient records
• Sterilizing and organizing instruments and equipment
• Contributing to a positive team atmosphere by assisting as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• A Texas Dental Hygiene License (required)
• CPR or BLS Certification (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, proactive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend (preferred but not required)
• Three years of experience (preferred but not required)
