Position: Dental Assistant

Location: Garland/Richardson, TX

What We Offer:

• Compensation: $17–$24/hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Thursday, with select Fridays based on practice needs)

Practice Hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Full Team Huddle on Mondays at 7:45 AM
• Assistant Team Meeting on Thursdays at 7:45 AM
• Select Fridays: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM

Your Role: As a key member of our team, you’ll contribute to an exceptional patient experience by performing a variety of essential tasks, including:

• Chairside assistance for the dentist during various procedures
• Sterilizing, organizing, and maintaining dental equipment
• Capturing high-quality dental x-rays
• Educating patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Managing and updating accurate patient records
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

What We’re Looking For:

• A Texas Dental Assistant license (required)
• CPR or BLS Certification (required)
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• A team player who is eager to pitch in where needed
• Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend (preferred but not required)
