The Communications Director/Digital Manager will be tasked with overseeing campaign communications - online and in print and traditional media - in every aspect of the race for Secretary of State through 2024. 

The Communications Director/Digital Manager, in partnership with relevant consultants, advisors and team members, will develop, implement, and manage a communications/digital outreach plan.

Duties:

Including, but not limited to:  

• Speechwriting
• Developing and executing a social media strategy
• Drafting talking points
• Drafting and executing a holistic communications plan
• Crisis communications management
• Staffing and prepping the candidate 
• Pitching and developing opposition research 

Requirements:

Ideal candidates will have at least one cycle as a communications staffer.

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Digital fluency
