DemandMaven is a woman-owned growth consultancy that helps growing SaaS companies and startups find their absolute best growth opportunities, troubleshoot their growth, and generate their next $1M ARR. DemandMaven also works with early-stage SaaS companies on their go-to-market strategies and finding product-market fit.

Hours: 20 hours per week

Location: remote

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage all client projects including onboarding and setting up the account, overseeing completion of all deliverables and closing out each project once complete
• Be the main point of contact on each project
• Attend onboarding and demo calls, and any other client facing meetings throughout the project
• Create and share agendas before all meetings and follow up with action items in Slack and in Notion, our internal project management tool
• Communicate consistently with clients and set expectations on timelines and deliverables
• Manage team resources as it relates to tasks for each account
• Work with the team to ensure deliverables are met on time, help troubleshoot any internal blockers
• Keep a close eye on client Slack channels, reply to questions and pull in appropriate teammates as needed
• Provide a positive customer experience for all clients throughout their project

About You

Must Haves:

• 4+ years professional experience in project management, operations, or office administration
• Experience in client facing operations
• Experience working remotely with a distributed team in multiple time zones
• Comfortable working asynchronously using tools like Notion, Loom, and Slack
• You have a natural discipline for being organized and can easily manage your time
• You're amazing at setting expectations on when tasks will be done
• You are proactive and get tasks done without being reminded or prompted
• You stay curious and welcome feedback
• You have a track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, and completing projects in a highly organized manner
• You have excellent communication skills and expectation-setting about deliverables and tasks
• You’re a strong writer and/or editor (superior proficiency in English a requirement)
• You have the ability to maintain high quality work while meeting tight deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously
• You love collaborating with a small team on many different types of projects

Serious Bonus Points:

• Experience with an agency or professional services organization
• Experience working in SaaS, startup, technology or marketing industries

Compensation:

• $50-$60/hour
