We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Estimator / Customer Service Representative to prepare work order estimates and coordinate services for our clients across California. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate and effective service preparation, acting as the bridge between customers and our technical team to ensure exceptional service delivery. On-the-job training will be provided.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with clients via phone and email to accurately understand their service needs and provide timely estimates.
  • Estimate Preparation: Carefully assess work order requirements to prepare detailed estimates, ensuring they meet client needs and company standards.
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with our technical team, ensuring they are fully informed about the scope and specifics of pending jobs to enhance service execution.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain precise and up-to-date records of client requests, estimates provided, and follow-up communications.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any discrepancies in service estimates or client concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Quality Assurance: Verify that all prepared estimates comply with industry standards and company policies.


  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role, with a preference for experience in estimating or a related industry.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in standard office software and experience with estimation tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Expected Hours:

  • Full Time - Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
