We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatcher to coordinate and schedule services for our clients across California. This role is vital in ensuring efficient and effective operations, liaising between customers and our technical team to facilitate exceptional service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Communicate proactively with clients via phone and email to understand their service needs and schedule appointments.

Job Scheduling: Efficiently coordinate and schedule service appointments, ensuring optimal use of technician time and resources.

Internal Coordination: Work closely with our technical team to ensure they have all necessary information and resources to execute jobs effectively.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, appointments, and technician schedules.

Problem-Solving: Address and resolve scheduling conflicts or client concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all services are scheduled in compliance with industry standards and company policies.


  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Required Skills:

Expected Hours:

  • Full Time - Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
