Be a part of a regional revolution in the Pacific Northwest.  Our mission is to train people to encounter God daily, biblically and spiritually.  We are looking for a Kids Ministry Director that is passionate about speaking God’s word into the kids at Deeper Church and providing spiritual guidance to not only the children, but also their families.     

The Kids Ministry Director at Deeper Church is a part-time position working approximately 8 hours per week.

At Deeper Church, our Kids Ministry Director isn't just a leader – they're a shepherd, guiding young hearts towards a lifelong relationship with Jesus Christ. We're seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to oversee our children's ministry, fostering a safe and spiritually enriching environment where kids can learn, grow, and experience the love of God..  This role will craft and oversee a dynamic children's church curriculum and develop special events for children.  They will recruit, train and equip the dedicated volunteers in the ministry and ensure a safe, organized and welcoming environment for the kids.  The Kids Ministry Director will also provide spiritual support to parents and children, offering prayer, encouragement, and guidance when needed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong faith in Jesus Christ and a desire to lead children to Christ.  They will have experience working with children in a ministry setting and be able to work with a variety of age groups and adapt to different learning styles.  He or she will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with volunteers, parents and staff.
