About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized, execution-focused Retail Operations Specialist – Fixtures to manage every aspect of fixture procurement, store readiness, and installation for dealership retail stores across the country. In this role, you'll oversee the operational execution behind every showroom launch—from planning fixture layouts and ordering equipment to coordinating vendors, construction activities, signage, and installation.
You'll be the project manager responsible for ensuring every dealership receives the right fixtures, at the right time, installed correctly, and ready for merchandising. What You'll Do
- Create and maintain fixture layouts and store maps for every dealership showroom
- Partner with third-party design firms to develop floor plans that maximize merchandising opportunities, customer flow, and sales potential
- Maintain accurate fixture inventories and layout documentation across all dealership locations
- Manage fixture procurement, ensuring the correct quantities, finishes, and specifications are ordered for every project
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fixture manufacturers, suppliers, and installation partners
- Coordinate production schedules, purchase orders, freight, and delivery timelines for dealership launches
- Develop and manage installation schedules across multiple dealership projects simultaneously
- Coordinate installation crews, freight providers, and local contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Oversee store readiness activities, including painting, cleaning, flooring preparation, electrical coordination, wall repairs, fixture removal, and other pre-installation work
- Coordinate signage and graphics production with internal designers and print vendors, ensuring stores remain current with seasonal campaigns and merchandising updates
- Track project milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies while communicating progress with internal teams and dealership partners
- Identify issues early, proactively develop solutions, and ensure dealership launches stay on schedule
- Continuously improve operational processes to support efficient, repeatable retail store rollouts
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in retail operations, store development, fixture procurement, visual merchandising, construction coordination, or project management
- Experience managing multiple vendors, timelines, and projects simultaneously
- Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience coordinating freight, installations, and vendor schedules
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-through
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and project management software
- Willingness to travel occasionally to dealership installations as needed

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year (depending on experience)
- Fully remote position with occasional travel for dealership installations
- 3 weeks paid vacation and 2 weeks paid sick time annually, granted January 1 and prorated for mid-year hires
