What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of dealership partners following the sales process
  • Lead dealership onboarding, kickoff meetings, and transition new stores into ongoing account management
  • Build trusted relationships with General Managers, Parts Managers, Marketing teams, and dealership leadership
  • Conduct regular business reviews to discuss sales performance, merchandising strategy, and future growth opportunities
  • Analyze sales, inventory, profitability, and product performance to develop recommendations that increase revenue and improve inventory turns
  • Monitor inventory levels and proactively recommend replenishment before key products sell out
  • Identify slow-moving inventory and implement assortment changes to improve performance
  • Recommend new products, seasonal collections, and merchandising updates based on sales data, customer demand, and dealership demographics
  • Manage ongoing merchandise ordering, including quantities, timing, vendor coordination, and seasonal launches
  • Partner with vendors to ensure products arrive on time and inventory remains healthy throughout the year
  • Present business insights and action plans that improve merchandise revenue and profitability
  • Identify opportunities to expand Dealer Merchandising into additional rooftops within existing dealer groups
  • Partner closely with Sales to support dealership expansion opportunities and introduce new Dealer Merchandising services
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that results in long-term partnerships, renewals, and referrals


What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, retail merchandising, inventory planning, buying, category management, or dealership operations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, inventory, and profitability data
  • Experience managing merchandise assortments and inventory planning
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence customers and earn trusted advisor status
  • Highly organized with excellent project management and follow-through
  • Comfortable managing multiple dealership accounts and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly to dealership locations

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $60,000–$100,000 per year
  • This role is commission-based and eligible for additional earnings based on hitting milestones.
  • Annual performance bonus opportunity
  • Fully remote position with regular dealership travel
  • 3 weeks paid vacation and 2 weeks paid sick time annually, granted January 1 and prorated for mid-year hires
