De Armas & De Armas Law, PLLC is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Immigration Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in immigration law and be fluent in Spanish. Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in immigration proceedings, including asylum, deportation defense, and visa applications

- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents

- Prepare clients for interviews and hearings

- Communicate with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders

- Stay current on immigration laws and regulations

- Assist with other legal matters as needed

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

- Admission to the state bar

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration law

- Fluency in Spanish

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
