What You’ll Do
- Sell motorized pergola and louvered roof systems to high-end residential clients, builders, designers, and outdoor living partners.
- Prospect and develop your own leads while also working warm leads generated by DBC Solutions’ marketing campaigns.
- Conduct in-home or virtual design consultations (we use 3D renderings and LiDAR scans to wow clients).
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through contract signing — no project management required.
- Build relationships with local architects, landscapers, and luxury home builders to create ongoing referral streams.
Who You Are
- A natural hunter — someone who loves the chase, not just the close.
- Entrepreneurial, fearless, and excited by uncapped commissions.
- Experienced in home improvement, construction sales, or outdoor living (preferred but not required).
- Able to communicate value, not just price — our average ticket starts at $20,000+.
- A relationship-builder who knows how to connect with affluent homeowners and deliver an exceptional experience.
