This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, and physical stamina to be able to stand for hours at a time, bend, stoop and lift items under 20 pounds. As a House Cleaner, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming home for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces and making beds.
• Provide services in accordance with established cleaning protocols.
• Interact with clients in a professional manner, addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
• Interact with your team leads and fellow team members in a positive and kind manor.

Experience

• Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs.
• Familiarity with various cleaning techniques.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail in all cleaning tasks.
• Time management as this is a fast paced environment.
