Job Summary:

Produces multi-media content (photo, video, graphics) and supports day-to-day social execution across brands under the Digital Marketing Manager: the hands-on content engine for the team.


General Accountabilities:

  • Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content on-site at DAY7 venues for all 3 brands. 
  • Short-Form Video Production: Produce trend-aware Reels, TikToks, and Shorts that align with brand voice and platform best practices. 
  • Graphic Design Support: Create supporting social graphics, story templates, and platform-native assets.
  • Content Calendar Execution: Bring the Digital Marketing Manager’s content calendar to life with assets that meet briefs and deadlines.
  • Publishing & Scheduling: Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook using scheduling tools.
  • Daily Community Engagement: Respond to comments, DMs, and reviews under brand voice guidelines set by the Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Newsletter & Email Support: Provide content and creative assets for monthly email and newsletter campaigns.
  • Influencer Content Support: Assist on influencer shoots, capture days, and creator collaborations.
  • Trend Monitoring: Surface emerging formats, sounds, and creative ideas weekly for the Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Light Analytics: Pull post-level performance data to support the Digital Marketing Manager’s monthly reporting.
  • On-Site Presence: Travel between DAY7 venues regularly for content capture, events, and shoots.


Job Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating photo, video, and design work across social platforms.
  • Proficiency in mobile and desktop video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent).
  • Working knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent).
  • Comfortable shooting with both professional cameras and iPhone.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools and platform analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred (recent grads encouraged).


Skills & Competencies:

  • Multi-Media Versatility: Photo, video, and graphics—can switch between formats fluidly.
  • Platform Fluency: Knows what works on Instagram vs. TikTok vs. email; designs for the platform, not against it.
  • Creative Ownership: Takes a brief and runs with it; minimal hand-holding required.
  • Trend Instincts: Spots and acts on cultural and platform trends quickly.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment with shifting priorities.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Works well with the Digital Marketing Manager, Creative Media Designer, and on-site venue teams.


Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, often in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs (e.g., product cases, small equipment)
  • Occasional bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting during site visits or setup
  • Comfortable working in spa, bathhouses, kitchen, bar, or back-of-house environments during service
  • Ability to travel frequently between properties and attend off-site meetings or events as needed

  • This role splits time between the corporate office and on-site at DAY7 venues (e.g., spas, cafes, events).
  • Fast-paced, creative, and collaborative setting with frequent cross-functional interaction.
  • Occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work may be required for event coverage, seasonal campaigns, or brand launches.


Salary

$21 - $27 per hour
