Job Summary:

We're hiring an in-house Interior Designer & Events Stylist to be the creative force behind the aesthetics of our hospitality locations and special events. This role is perfect for a talented individual who can blend practical design skills with a keen eye for styling. You will be responsible for sourcing furnishings, selecting finishes for renovations, collaborating on design projects, and creating memorable aesthetics for our events. You will also play a key role in maintaining the visual interior standards that define our brands.


General Accountabilities:

  • Interior Design & Furnishings: Assist with and lead the selection of furniture, fixtures, and finishes for renovations and new projects. Source materials and collaborate with vendors to bring design concepts to life.
  • Event Aesthetics & Styling: Plan and execute the visual aesthetics for on-site events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns across all venues.
  • Project Management & Execution: Manage design and styling projects from concept to completion, ensuring projects are on schedule and within budget.
  • Space & Aesthetics Upkeep: Regularly assess and make recommendations to keep spaces looking fresh, well-maintained, and brand-aligned.
  • Creative Collaboration: Translate design direction and mood boards into tangible styling plans and visual layouts.
  • On-site Coordination: Provide on-site support during renovations, installations, and event setups.
  • Visual Communication: Assist with creating presentations and visual materials to communicate design concepts to the team.


Job Qualifications (Entry Level):

  • Coursework or in-progress degree in Interior Design, Environmental Design, or a related creative field.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant design projects, including schoolwork or internship experience.
  • Familiarity with design software (e.g., SketchUp, CAD, Adobe Suite) and other creative tools.
  • Basic understanding of visual design, color theory, and layout.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the hospitality space.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

$22 - $27 per hour
