Description: 

We're looking for Arborists who are self-motivated, possess strong leadership skills, have a deep understanding of the market, and excel in customer relations. Our ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to drive business growth and profitability.

Responsibilities: 

• Present proposed work to prospective clients in a compelling manner that showcases David's Tree Service, Inc. as an industry leader. 
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers. 
• Develop value-added solutions for clients while identifying and qualifying opportunities. 
• Meet and exceed sales goals for general tree care and plant health care. 
• Utilize CRM to track sales activities and to manage clients.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Department to implement promotional materials both in print and online. 
• Brainstorm innovative strategies to expand the company's reach and enhance brand visibility. 
• Work closely with Production Teams, occasionally visiting job sites to ensure quality and client satisfaction. 
• Generate sales reports and provide feedback to the Leadership Team during company meetings. 
• Identify areas for improvement and develop sales plans with actionable strategies. 
• Attend relevant events as required. 

Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience: 

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field preferred, but not required. 

- Arborist certification (required)
