Job Overview: 

 

As a Ground Operations Specialist at David's Tree Service, Inc., you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and efficiency of our ground operations. Your contributions will be essential in upholding our high standards of service, safety, and customer satisfaction. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

• Collaborate with our team of skilled Climbers, providing assistance and support as needed. 
• Efficiently manage debris collection to ensure a safe and hazard-free work zone. 
• Operate a variety of tools and equipment, including chainsaws, chippers, and hand tools, with precision and adherence to safety protocols. 
• Take responsibility for controlling traffic around work sites, utilizing warning devices to prioritize public and team safety. 
• Operate tree care trucks and tow chippers as required. 
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure thorough job site cleanup. 
• Engage in ongoing education in tree care to enhance your skills and knowledge. 

 

Qualifications: 

 

• Ability to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions throughout the year. 
• Strong commitment to safety procedures and first aid.
