Position Summary
The Floor & Roof Line Associate is responsible for assembling floor and roof panel components in accordance with Datum’s production work instructions, quality standards, and takt time requirements. This role performs station-based tasks including framing, insulation installation, sheathing, fastening, and related assembly activities required to produce completed floor and roof assemblies. The Floor & Roof Line Associate is expected to execute tasks consistently, meet assigned cycle times, and support first-pass quality in a high-throughput manufacturing environment.
