We are seeking a licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) passionate about working with children starting at age 5, adolescents, and families!
This position is a 1099 contract position which may potentially transition to a W-2 position in the future. Compensation is based on billable hourly rates. The expectation is to see a minimum of twenty clients per week.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited university or college.
- At least two years of post-licensure experience.
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Possession of professional liability insurance. Current liability insurance coverage of at least $1,000,000/$3,000,000 is required.
- Active license in the state of Florida.
- Reliable computer system with video and audio capabilities for remote access.
- Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing treatment plans.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide clinical and therapeutic services to individuals and families in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies.
- Conduct individualized biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, perform treatment plan reviews, document daily progress notes, and prepare termination/discharge summaries.
- Stay updated on clinical knowledge and treatment modalities.
- Adhere to all confidentiality and safety protocols.
- Demonstrate ethical practice.
- Fulfill all continuing education requirements for licensure and specializations.
