The Front Desk Representative is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for gymnasts, families, and visitors at Dana Mannix Gymnastics Center. This role provides excellent customer service, assists with class registrations, payments, and account questions, and supports daily gym operations. The Front Desk Representative also helps coordinate staff scheduling and coverage when employees are absent, communicates schedule changes, and works closely with coaches and management to keep the gym running smoothly. The Front Desk Representative plays an important role in the daily operations of Dana Mannix Gymnastics Center and serves as a primary point of contact for our gymnasts, families, visitors, and staff.


Primary responsibilities include:

• Greet and assist gymnasts, parents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.

• Assist families with class registrations, transfers, withdrawals, and general program questions.

• Process payments and assist customers with billing and account inquiries.

• Maintain accurate customer and account information within the gym's class management system.

• Provide excellent customer service and help resolve questions or concerns in a professional and positive manner.

• Assist with employee scheduling and help coordinate staff coverage when coaches or employees are absent or unavailable.

• Communicate schedule and staffing changes with employees and management.

• Work proactively to help ensure classes and daily operations are appropriately staffed.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.

• Communicate important information between families, coaches, and management.

• Support coaches and management with daily administrative and operational needs.

• Complete general office tasks, data entry, and special projects as assigned.


The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable taking initiative. This position requires the ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and remain professional in a busy, family-focused environment. Evening and/or weekend availability may be required.

Salary

$18 - $25 per hour
