Dallas Therapeutic Services Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist) Irving, TX · Remote · Full time

Full-time hybrid in-office/remote private practice therapist/mental health counselor.

Description

Dallas Therapeutic Services is a thriving private psychotherapy and psychological testing practice located in the Las Colinas area of Irving, TX. We are seeking to hire full-time therapists for in-office and telehealth sessions. Full-time therapists must be available for at least 28 client sessions per week with an average of 25 of those being billable; therapists are also paid for additional administrative time.

Candidates must be fully licensed and able to practice independently as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT or Psychologist. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept associate or intern-level candidates for employment. We are not looking for a specific specialty; however, candidates must demonstrate adequate cultural competence as we serve a wide range of clients from different backgrounds and identities.

DTS covers necessary costs so therapists can focus solely on providing quality evidence-based care to their clients. These costs, which therapists do not incur, include marketing/advertising, sourcing new clients, electronic medical record system, full-time billing and scheduling staff, general office operations, and others. DTS has a steady volume of new clients and referrals, so qualified candidates can fill up relatively quickly once credentialed with insurance panels.
