Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for clients and guests.
• Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate staff member.
• Greet clients and guests upon arrival and provide them with assistance as needed.
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s schedule.
• Keep the reception area clean and organized.
• Handle other administrative tasks as needed.
• You are punctual, reliable, and your actions match your words
