We are intentionally a low-volume clinic (8β10 patients/day) to provide a high-touch, personalized patient experience.
β¨ About the Role
This is a clinical Medical Assistant position for someone who wants to expand beyond traditional medicine and grow within an integrative care model.
We are looking for someone who is:

π©Ί Responsibilities
Patient Experience
* Greet and check in members with a warm, professional presence
* Create a welcoming, high-quality patient experience
* Schedule appointments and assist with patient communication
* Answer phones and manage front office tasks
Clinical Support
* Room patients and obtain vitals
* Perform blood draws (phlebotomy)
* Administer injections (IM/SubQ)
* Assist providers with procedures and treatments
* Prepare and maintain clean, organized exam rooms
* Scan and manage patient documentation
πΏ Integrative Care Exposure
* Assist with supplement protocols and patient education
* Learn about herbs, peptides, and alternative therapies
* Support implementation of personalized care plans
π Required Qualifications
* Certified or experienced Medical Assistant
* Proficient in phlebotomy (required)
* Comfortable administering injections (IM/SubQ) (required)
* Strong attention to detail and organization
* Professional, polished, and patient-centered demeanor
* Ability to multitask and take initiative
π Preferred Qualifications
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
* Interest in functional or holistic medicine
* Desire to grow into a leadership role

* Willingness to occasionally assist with social media content (recording short videos or helping capture clinic moments)
