About the Role

DAERO is seeking a Full Stack Engineer with a passion for system design and scalability. You’ll work across the stack - from AWS infrastructure to event-driven backend systems and modern web interfaces - to build resilient, real-time products.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement distributed systems and event-driven microservices.
• Architect for scalability using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Work on CQRS, CDC, and streaming architectures to handle fan-out growth.
• Collaborate closely with product and AI teams to integrate intelligent backend features.
• Build performant frontend experiences with React / Next.js or equivalent frameworks.

Requirements

• You love full-stack development.
• Strong knowledge of system design, microservices, and AWS infrastructure.
• Proficiency with at least one modern frontend framework.
• Experience optimizing large-scale systems for performance and reliability.

Compensation

DAERO welcomes candidates across a wide range of experience levels and skill sets. We hire first for character, craft, and impact; then match scope, title, and compensation to the value you’re able to bring. For this role, the expected salary range is $100,000–$180,000 USD per year, depending on skills, scope, and location (US-based).

The actual salary will be determined during the interview process based on a consistent evaluation of role fit and responsibility, whether you’re earlier in your career or bringing more senior, architectural experience.
