POSITION TITLE: Sales & Education Executive 

MARKET: Northern CA

HOME LOCATION: SF

SALARY: 65-75k

JOB SUMMARY: The Sales & Education Executive plays a key role in boosting brand awareness and driving sales. Responsibilities include achieving daily sales targets, providing top-notch customer service, and training store associates. This role involves actively engaging customers, maintaining a positive attitude, and expanding brand presence within the beauty industry. The Executive must also motivate and train Sephora Beauty Advisors on DAE Hair products, ensuring best-in-class partnerships with Sephora retailers.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve sales goals through exceptional customer service and product education.
  • Achieve monthly eventing targets and Hair Styling Session expectations.
  • Actively engage customers and Sephora teams with a positive and enthusiastic approach.
  • Motivate and train Sephora Beauty Advisors on DAE Hair products, fostering strong partnerships.
  • Stay informed on retail merchandising and marketing expectations.
  • Efficiently plan and manage store visits, adhering to schedules and deadlines.
  • Understand business trends, plan impactful store visits, and actively communicate with store leadership.
  • Maintain best-in-class partnerships with Sephora, following brand partner guidelines and ensuring clear communication.
  • Plan and execute events within the market, building relationships beyond the store level.
  • Create demand for DAE products through dynamic in-store presence, flexibility, and open communication.
  • Monitor client traffic flow and provide feedback to supervisors as needed.
  • Communicate stock levels and gondola concerns effectively, partnering with Sephora Operations for necessary updates.
  • Uphold DAE values, including passion for DAE Hair, selling, people, and styling.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service and selling skills, effective communication, and kind demeanor.¬†
  • Maintain efficient time management, follow-through, and organization of duties.
  • Meet physical demands, including standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 40 pounds.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 years of experience in achieving positive sales results¬†
  • Experience working in beauty retailers like Sephora, ULTA, Nordstrom, or Macy*s preferred


Salary

$65,000 - $75,000 per year
