Production

• Timely arrival, friendly demeanor and completion of all scheduled work each day.
• Install and repair electrical systems in a variety of settings
• Ensuring that electrical systems adhere to the national electrical safety standards and regulations
• Efficiently work with your apprentice, supervise ongoing electrical installations and provide technical expertise where needed
• Maintain an organized jobsite and work van to increase efficiency
• Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to plan and complete electrical projects
• Ensure that all of your personal work meets or exceeds Dad’z Electric quality standards set forth in the Employee handbook.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used through our app-based software

Customer Relations

• Do your part to ensure that each customer is extremely pleased with our service. 
• Make sure the customer is informed of job progress at practical intervals throughout the job.
• Conduct yourself in a professional and pleasant manner at all times to co-workers and clients alike.

Operations

• Do your part to make sure all tools and materials are loaded up and accounted for before leaving the shop or a jobsite. 
• Maintain clear and effective communication with dispatch, team members and supervisors throughout the day

Qualifications:

• Valid Electrician license
• 2+ years working in the electrical field
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require bending, crouching, lifting heavy objects and working on ladders
