Full Time Hygienist
We are looking to welcome a caring and dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist to our dental practice. We are a privately owned dental office that has been proudly serving generations of families for over 70 years. This full-time position entails working Monday-Thursday from 8-5:30, with no late nights or weekends required.
Please note, we are in the process of changing the office name to D1 Dentistry on Main. We are currently under the former name of Rocco & Buffett Family Dentistry.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct comprehensive oral screenings to identify any dental health concerns
- Administer professional dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing
- Educate patients on effective oral hygiene practices and preventive care techniques
- Capture and process digital dental x-rays
- Maintain patient records utilizing Dentrix software
- Adhere to strict infection control procedures and uphold HIPAA compliance
- Assist with dental documentation, coding, and terminology
**Requirements:**
- Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program
- Active state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist
- Certification in dental x-rays
- CPR certification
