Job Overview:
We’re looking for a **Construction & Maintenance Manager** to oversee renovation projects, daily maintenance, and a small crew. You’ll make sure work gets done on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee renovations and maintenance work from start to finish.
- Manage a team of 5-7 workers and coordinate with contractors.
- Plan project schedules and make sure deadlines are met.
- Order materials and keep an eye on costs.
- Visit job sites to check progress and solve issues.
- Make sure all work meets building codes and safety standards.
- Report project updates to management.
What You Need
- 10+ years in construction, maintenance, or property management.
- Hands-on experience with electrical, plumbing, framing, and painting.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with construction safety rules and regulations.
- IT experience is a plus.
