About the Role:
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, high-impact technology projects for our enterprise clients. In this role, you’ll oversee cross-functional teams and collaborate directly with client stakeholders to ensure the successful design, implementation, and integration of next-generation software solutions.
You will be responsible for translating business objectives into technical execution plans, managing risk, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of software implementation projects in cybersecurity, cloud, data analytics, or AI.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Cyberhill and client teams, ensuring clear communication, expectation alignment, and stakeholder engagement.
- Translate client requirements into detailed project plans, resource allocations, and timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, including architects, developers, data scientists, and security specialists.
- Manage scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and budgets across multiple concurrent engagements.
- Facilitate agile or hybrid project methodologies, ensuring continuous delivery and iteration based on client feedback.
- Prepare and present executive-level status reports, project documentation, and risk assessments.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, security, and compliance standards during project delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale software or infrastructure projects involving at least two of the following domains: cybersecurity, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML, or data analytics.
- Strong knowledge of systems development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical resources and workstreams across distributed teams.
- Excellent client-facing communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification.
- Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator).
- Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and secure software development practices.
- Experience in Fortune 500 enterprise environments or regulated industries.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with evolving priorities.
