About the Role:

We are seeking a high-performing Named Account Executive to join our enterprise sales team. This role is focused on expanding our footprint within named strategic accounts across the FinTech, BioTech, and Data verticals. You will own the full sales cycle, build deep relationships with C-level decision-makers, and drive large, complex deals to closure.

This is a quota-carrying role for a proven sales leader with experience in highly consultative, solution-based sales environments, ideally with exposure to regulated industries and data-driven technology platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a defined book of high-value named accounts within FinTech, BioTech, and Data sectors.
  • Develop account strategies to drive revenue growth and customer success.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and technical influencers.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to solution design, negotiation, and close.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales engineers, product managers, and customer success teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management through CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in FinTech, BioTech, and data ecosystems.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of enterprise software or technology sales experience, preferably in SaaS, data platforms, or analytics.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a named account or strategic sales role.
  • Deep understanding of at least one of the following: financial services/FinTech, life sciences/BioTech, or data/AI infrastructure.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and extended timelines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and influencing without authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling into regulated environments or industries (e.g., GxP, HIPAA, SEC/FINRA-compliant tech).
  • Familiarity with data privacy frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and how they apply to enterprise solutions.
  • Existing network in FinTech, BioTech, or big data.

Salary

$120,000 - $150,000 per year
