Cyberhill Partners, LLC AI Client Manager Remote · Full time Company website

We’re hiring an AI Client Manager to own the delivery and long-term success of our AI deployment engagements. You’ll be the client-facing owner on every engagement, holding the customer relationship from the initial build through the ongoing subscription period. You’ll run delivery, manage scope and engagement hours, and pull specialist engineering talent in as the work warrants. You’ll typically hold four to six concurrent engagements, so this is a role for someone who manages a portfolio of relationships, not a single program.

Description

About Cyberhill

Born out of the world’s most secure and complex AI environments, Cyberhill’s enterprise AI platforms solve the ultimate AI scaling challenge. We provide large organizations with an institutional-grade foundation to deploy AI solutions securely, efficiently, and at scale. We specialize in semantic and ontology-driven AI, deployed into each customer’s own cloud or on-prem environment, with ongoing operations that keep those systems accurate and trusted in production. Our work spans cybersecurity, cloud, data analytics, and AI, and we deliver comprehensive implementation services that accelerate digital transformation while ensuring operational resilience and security at scale.

About the Role

The AI Client Manager is the customer’s consistent point of contact and the owner of their success. You’ll partner with a team of engineers spanning ontologists, software engineers, Data Scientists and others, who provide support for our enterprise solutions. You carry accountability for delivery, scope, engagement economics, and the client relationship, in partnership with the respective Cyberhill Account Owners. You’ll front the client and bring specialists (engineers, ontologists, connector and test leads) into the work against the engagement’s hour allocation, rather than managing a fixed engineering team.

This is a relationship that doesn’t end at go-live. You’ll carry each account from build into the subscription period, keep delivery healthy in steady-state, and be the first to surface renewal and expansion opportunities. Success means engagements are delivered within scope, on-time, and at margin, and customers who feel they have a dedicated team helping them get full value from what we build.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the named owner of the customer relationship across a portfolio of concurrent engagements, from build kickoff through the ongoing subscription period.
  • Own delivery, scope, and timeline on each engagement, partnering with a Solutions Architect on the technical solution and pulling specialist engineers in as the work warrants.
  • Manage Service Levels from SLA’s to deployment of features and fixes to issues.
  • Manage engagement hours and budget against target, monitor burn rate, and flag engagements trending over plan early.
  • Govern scope with discipline: act as the escalation point for scope and readiness gaps raised by the delivery team, avoid committing scope changes with the client on the spot, and surface scope creep, timeline risk, or resource gaps to delivery leadership promptly.
  • Review statements of work for scope feasibility ahead of signature and confirm delivery readiness before kickoff.
  • Transition each account from build cadence into the steady-state success cadence at go-live, and surface renewal and expansion signal to the account team.
  • Prepare and present delivery status, risk, and health reporting to client stakeholders and internal leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in technical delivery or engagement management, preferably in AI or data-related technical environment.
  • Demonstrated ownership of delivery accountability across multiple concurrent accounts, not just a single program.
  • Experience managing engagement economics (hours, budget, margin) against a target.
  • Track record of owning a customer relationship through renewal and expansion, not only through initial delivery.
  • Working fluency in enterprise software or data delivery across one or more of cloud, AI/ML, or data analytics, enough to lead the client conversation and coordinate specialists (deep hands-on build experience is not required).
  • Excellent client-facing communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with delivery and project tooling such as Jira or similar.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering AI, data, or analytics solutions into enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with how semantic, ontology, or knowledge-graph solutions are built and sustained.
  • Experience in Fortune 500 enterprise environments or regulated industries.
  • Comfort thriving in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with evolving priorities.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits
  • Flexible work schedules and remote work options
  • Unlimited PTO
  • A collaborative, mission-driven culture focused on innovation and security
  • Opportunities to work on cutting-edge projects with Fortune 500 clients

Salary
