Cyber Skyline is looking for a product support engineer to provide technical support and solutions for customers. You will work closely with customers to resolve technical problems and work closely with internal teams to develop solutions that improve customer experience and reduce the frequency of support inquiries.


This position is a contingent full time position with an expected start date in August, 2024 and is contingent upon contract award. 

Must hold or be eligible to hold Public Trust clearance

Salary: Starting at $80,000/yr, negotiable based on capabilities

You will:

  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Develop solutions to avoid recurring user support requests
  • Design and implement solutions to improve user experience and accessibility
  • Execute and oversee the technical delivery for customer projects

Who you are:

  • Have strong programming skills, preferably with JavaScript (Node.js)
  • Have strong communication skills and work well within a team environment
  • Enjoy taking full-cycle ownership from product/feature conception to production release
  • An independent thinker than can synthesize information to develop an intuitive approach to solve complex problems
  • Want to get things done right rather than duct taping solutions together

Nice to haves:

  • A frequent participant in hackathons or cybersecurity competitions / CTFs
  • Familiarity with:

  • Redis
