This position is a contingent full time position with an expected start date in August, 2024 and is contingent upon contract award.

Salary: Starting at $100,000/yr, negotiable based on capabilities
You will:
- Design and implement practical cybersecurity challenges that meet both internal and customer needs
- Develop tooling to improve the efficiency and quality of the challenge development process
- Stay up-to-date with cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to inform challenge design
- Assist the team in providing technical support to customers
- Participate in the team quality control process to test and validate the accuracy
- Develop technical solution guides and tutorials
- Update company design and process guidelines based on customer feedback
Who you are:
- Able to develop quick solutions for infrastructure / IT challenges with scripting languages
- Familiar with computer network and security appliances (routers, SIEM, IDS, etc)
- Have a strong understanding and practical experience with computer networking
- Have strong communication skills and can explain technical concepts to people without a technical background
- An independent thinker than can synthesize information to develop an intuitive approach to solve complex problems
- Want to get things done right rather than duct taping solutions together
Nice to haves:
- A frequent participant in hackathons or cybersecurity competitions / CTFs
- Familiarity with:
- Python
- JavaScript / Node.js
- Bash
- Powershell
