We're in search of an enthusiastic Information Technology Analyst I, someone ready to bring their analytical acumen, problem-solving prowess, and solid tech skills to our growing team. If terms like 'network protocols' or 'system security' get your heart racing (in a good way!), then keep reading. This is a part time position and may require on-call hours on evenings and weekends.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to flex your IT muscles on a daily basis, troubleshooting issues, ensuring the integrity of our systems, and guiding our clients through the sometimes-mystifying world of technology. You'll not only work with some of the brightest minds in the industry, but also contribute to making our clients' operations run as smooth as a brand new smartphone as you resolve technical issues for them every day.

What do we ask from you? Well, a strong understanding of IT concepts, excellent communication skills, a knack for juggling tasks with a smile, and a passion and dedication to resolving technical problems. Previous experience in an entry-level IT Analyst role is needed. Experience in Microsoft cloud services and endpoint management is also needed.
