Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on long-term value
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development strategies
• Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of degree
• 3–5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to close
• Proficiency with CRM software preferred
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
