Duties
Including but not limited to:
- Overseeing and contributing to the development of memoranda, data analyses, staff papers, briefings, presentations, talking points, fact sheets, training materials, and other deliverables as requested
- Serving as a subject matter expert in reviewing technical documentation for content accuracy, clarity, grammar, spelling, compliance with established templates, and adherence to standards
- Establishing and refining document templates, standard operating procedures, job aids, and associated metrics for use in the U.S. Coast Guard Requirements and Analysis Process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Communications, Public Affairs, or a related technical discipline (extensive, directly applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement)
- Proven expertise in gap analysis and delivering executive-level briefings
- 7+ years of progressive experience in IT business analysis, strategic communications, or a related field, including experience mentoring or guiding junior staff
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
