CX Data Labs Sr Technical Recruiter Remote · Full time

At CX Data Labs, our goal is to custom tailor data and analytics strategy, platform design and engineering for each of our customers. We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead, define and execute a recruiting strategy to attract top talent. They’ll possess exceptional communication, organization and time management skills to deliver quality customer service.


Core roles and responsibilities:

  •  Partner with client resource managers and internal stakeholders to build effective sourcing assessments
  • Work with, and setup if needed, staffing suppliers to source candidates
  • Schedule and manage remote candidate interviews in time zones across the US and India
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experience
  • Perform initial HR screening to assess interest, compensation, and set candidate expectations
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through market research and relationship management
  • Manage customer/partner expectations while anticipating hiring managers’ needs as indicated by high offer-to-interview ratios
  • Lead special projects and recruiting initiatives
  • Create metrics and plans to track the sourcing to hiring experience
  • Creates interview templates and screening questions working with hiring manager

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum BA/BS
  • 3-5 years experience in technical recruitment
  • Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, lead development, negotiating offers, and influencing management decision-making
  • Contact Management System/Applicant Tracking System experience for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates

Preferred Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of Data and Analytics concepts
  • Experience working with technology and/or data consulting companies
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ownership mentality
  • Highly organized- able to prioritize and drive efficiencies in the recruiting process
  • Naturally proactive, and continually strives for improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GSuite and others


$33 - $49 per hour
