Cutrubus Automotive Team is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Payroll Specialist to join our team. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Process payroll for employees on a bi-weekly basis

- Verify timekeeping records and ensure accuracy

- Calculate and process deductions, bonuses, and commissions

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations

- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management

- Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries

- Maintain payroll records and files

- Collaborate with HR and finance departments as needed

**Requirements:**

- 2+ years of experience in payroll processing

- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel

- Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
