We’re hiring a REHASH SALES REPRESENTATIVE who can revitalize and renew sales relationships that previously fell through.

Our Rehash Sales Representative’s responsibilities include revitalizing and renewing sales relationships, lead research into old and new leads, and identifying and overcoming any previous reasons why a lead did not convert.

A successful Rehash Sales Representative’s salary could be in the $50,000 – $70,000 per year range.

• Base annual salary of $36,000
• $50 per scheduled in-home meeting; target 240 per year
• 3% commission rate on sold jobs

Additional Responsibilities Include:

• Develop meaningful relationships with clients to encourage trust and loyalty.
• Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates.
• Communicate client feedback to management.

Rehash Sales Representative Requirements:

• High school graduate, equivalent, or greater.
• Strong customer service acumen required.
• Initiative to learn, develop oneself and see things through from start to finish.
• Eager to use whatever means possible to connect with people (email, social media, text, phone, video)
• Experience with Microsoft Office software and experience or ability to utilize a CRM.
• Pleasant and welcoming demeanor
• Excellent grammar skills.
• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
• Ability to engage in active listening and communicate complex information to a variety of audiences.
• A penchant for organization and detail.
• High motivation driven by success and incentives.
• Strong Interpersonal skills.
• Skill in time management.
• Skill at overcoming objections and not caring about negativity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Base salary $36,000 plus:

- $50 incentive paid for every re-hash lead in-home meeting scheduled

- 3% commission rate on every rehash job sold
