We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This full-time, remote role is designed for a self-driven individual passionate about connecting with potential clients, nurturing relationships, and closing new business. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify, target, and qualify leads across various industries to build a robust pipeline.
  • Relationship Nurturing: Engage with prospects through email, calls, and virtual meetings, effectively communicating the value of Custodio Advisory’s services.
  • Sales Conversion: Develop tailored proposals, address client concerns, and successfully close deals to bring in new clients.
  • Social Media Savviness: Stay up to date with social media trends and posts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.

Compensation and Benefits

This role is entirely commission-based with bonuses for lead generation and client acquisition:

  • Per Qualified Lead: $50 bonus.
  • Per New Client Landed: $1,000 bonus.
  • Commission Structure: Earn 10% of the first year's contract value for each new client.
  • Health Insurance: 100% employer-paid health insurance for Texas-based employees (no wait period).

Expected annual compensation based on minimum performance requirements is $100k per year!


Important Note: This role is ideal for individuals who can thrive on commission-based earnings and are comfortable committing to this compensation structure.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in professional services / finance or accounting.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with accounting, finance, or related industries is a plus but not required.
  • Comfortable with remote work and proficient in using CRM tools and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Reside in the state of Texas for health insurance eligibility (preferred but not mandatory).
