Responsibilities:

• Fashion Trend Expertise:
• Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and industry developments.  
• Possess a keen sense of style and creativity, with the ability to bring ideas to life
• Customer Merchandising:
• Able to merchandise and approve AI-powered lifestyle and trend collections across a variety clients and their target customer 
• Able to review and maintain individual merchandising rules and strategies while working alongside engineers to inform algos.
• Data Integration:
• Ability to understand sales data and analytics and merge them into the merchandising process to optimize collections and improve KPIs.
• Analyzes market trends and customer insights to uncover opportunities and mitigate risks
• Adaptability and Flexibility:
• Stay abreast of changing customer preferences and market trends.
• Quickly adjust to new merchandising guidelines and client expectations.
• Ability to execute against ideas quickly, context switching to support changing demands from your clients. 
• Communication Skills:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to customer merchandising.

Requirements:

• Education & Experience:  
• A degree in Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year experience at a retail organization, preferably in Site Merchandising, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising.    
• Fashion Acumen:
• Strong knowledge of current fashion trends, styles, and brands.
• Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and cohesive outfits.
• Data Literacy:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make insightful, data-driven decisions.
• Proficient skills in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
• Adaptability:
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing fashion trends and client preferences.
• Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring accuracy in every task.
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively convey styling ideas and concepts to partners in customer success
• Team Player:
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
