What you will treat
This is an orthopedic outpatient with a strong sports-rehab mindset. You will commonly see:
- Orthopedic Outpatient Care Treat patients through full evaluations, individualized plans of care, and progressive return-to-function programs focused on long-term results.
- Active Patient Populations Work with motivated patients who want to get back to sport, work, and daily life, not just manage symptoms.
- Spine and Core Conditions Help patients resolve back pain, sciatica, and movement limitations through evidence-based treatment and education.
- Lower Extremity Rehab Treat hip, knee, foot, and ankle injuries with strength-driven, functional programming that restores confidence and mobility.
- Upper Extremity Conditions Rehab shoulder and upper-extremity injuries with a focus on stability, strength, and return to full use.
- Sports and Performance Rehab Support athletes and active individuals with performance-minded care that bridges rehab and real-world movement.

This role is built for clinicians who want to do excellent work and still have energy left when the day ends.
- Full-time Consistent schedule and stable income, with room to build momentum clinically and financially.

- 40-minute appointment length Enough time to evaluate, treat, educate, and progress patients without constantly feeling behind.

What You’ll Earn
- Competitive Pay: $45 to $65 per hour or $93,600 to $135,200 annually with room to grow based on experience, clinical skill, and the value you bring.
- Signing bonus available Designed to make your transition easier and reward you for committing to a clinic that is growing now. Final details depend on the candidate.

Requirements
We want this to be a strong fit for you and for the patients you will serve.
- Active California Physical Therapist license (or eligible students taking their exams soon)
