Cup of Thoughts Therapy is a 100% Telehealth based private practice in Wisconsin that focuses on Maternal Mental Health. We are a growing practice looking for licensed therapists who have a background working with family systems and are now interested in specializing in working with the perinatal population. Our mission is to support moms with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMAD) and provide a safe and compassionate space during the therapy process. We're passionate about providing support to new moms, experienced moms, and healing through a perinatal loss. The PMAD work we do includes a range of anxiety symptoms, depression, bipolar, PTSD, OCD, and recognizing psychosis. At times, assessing safety will be necessary and making a decision for a higher level of care. We are a down-to-earth, in-house practice that started in 2018. It is important that our clinicians align with the mission and values of Cup of Thoughts Therapy. We believe in creating the best atmosphere for our clients and employees (support is key!) and to give back to our community. It is in our best interest to serve the perinatal population!

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy
• Active, unrestricted license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD) in the State of Wisconsin
• Part-time option 1: available to schedule at least 12 client hours/week and complete 420 clinical hours per year
• Part-time option 2: available to schedule at least 16 client hours/week and complete 600 clinical hours per year
• Part-time option 3: available to schedule at least 20 client hours/week and complete 600+ clinical hours per year

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based care via Telehealth sessions to adults experiencing Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMAD)
• Complete mental health assessments, evaluate mental health diagnosis, and develop treatment plans
• Complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, and treatment plan reviews
• Provide therapeutic interventions to support the emotional well-being of clients during the perinatal period and beyond
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to uphold ethical standards
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
• Respond to emails and phone calls from clients or colleagues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals as needed
