HIRING: EXPERIENCED CULTIVATION GROWERS


We’re looking for experienced commercial cannabis growers to join our cultivation team.


Compensation: $72,000–$84,000/year

Position: Full-time Cultivation Grower

Location: Desert operation — relocation required


We’re looking for people who understand commercial-scale cultivation and can consistently execute at a high level.


You should have hands-on experience with:


* Indoor commercial cultivation

* Plant health and canopy management

* Irrigation and feeding

* Environmental controls

* IPM and pest prevention

* Harvest preparation

* Maintaining quality and consistency at scale


This is not an entry-level position. We want experienced growers who take ownership, pay attention to details, and understand that consistency matters.
